Can I place an order by telephone?
Yes, of course. We would be happy to accept your order via phone. Simply give us a call on: 01329 822900
How long will it take to despatch my order?
We aim to despatch your order within 48 hours of receiving payment
How long before I get delivery of my order?

We update your order online, on the day it has been shipped and transit time will be as selected. If any items are out of stock, we will contact you to let you know. Our standard carrier is 2-3 days, but there is an option for a next day delivery also within the shipping options. contact page.

Orders are sent by carrier unless otherwise specified, to enable us to track your order, this means a signature is required.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payment via PayPal, Credit/Debit card, Cheque, Postal orders, Bankers Draft and Bank Transfer.
How is carriage charged on my order?
We only charge carriage cost plus a small amount per order to cover packaging material costs, this is worked out based on weight of the items and this is how we get charged from the couriers.

Do you supply outside the UK?
Yes, we do. We supply worldwide and you can place your order on-line or call us on +44 1329 822900
What currencies do you accept?
Our prices are displayed in GBP. You will be able to pay us by any supported card or payment service. Those providers will charge you the respective native amount depending on the exchange rate at that time.
What payment method do you accept for overseas orders?
You can pay via Paypal if you have a Paypal account, or you can transfer funds direct into our UK Bank Account.
Are there any charges for making payments from overseas direct to your Bank Account?
We would not charge you for making an overseas payment. We ourselves do not make any charges to you.
Are there any export duty charges for overseas orders?

We do not charge duty for overseas orders, but dependent upon which country the goods are being shipped to, there may be an import duty from your own country. We cannot accept any responsibility for Import/Duty payments.

Will you notify me when my order is being despatched?
Yes, you will receive an e-mail telling you when your item has been shipped, and this will show what method your order has been despatched.
Do you accept returns?
We ask you to make sure that you check your order before placing your order online. Should for some unknown circumstance you wish to return your order, please contact us. Samples of some items are available upon request to check before placing your order.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Should your order be damaged please notify us immediately.
My order has not arrived?
Please allow 72 hours from despatch, then contact us to find out where your delivery is. We can track items sent via courier, even if the delivery is out of the UK.
